By confirming the reservation, the Guest agrees that the use of the property and its facilities is undertaken at their own risk and responsibility. Isla Verde Lodge assumes no liability for accidents, bodily injury, or damages of any nature sustained by the Guest or their companions on the premises. Isla Verde is not responsible for the theft, robbery, or loss of money or valuables left in the unit. The Guest and their companions declare that they hold valid health insurance coverage and assume full liability for their own safety and that of their belongings while using the property.
