

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES
Dear Guest of Isla Verde Lodge,
We understand that sometimes plans can change.
With this in mind, our cancellation policy is subject to the following conditions:
1. Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your scheduled stay, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for your booking, and your reservation will be canceled. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your stay at no additional cost, subject to availability and the rate in effect at the time of rescheduling.
2. Cancellation 29 to 15 days in advance: If you cancel your reservation between 29 and 15 days before your scheduled stay, you may request a 50% refund of the amount paid for your booking, and your reservation will be canceled. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your stay at no additional cost, subject to availability and the rate in effect at the time of rescheduling.
3. Cancellation less than 14 days in advance: If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your scheduled stay, no refund will be provided. In this case, you may reschedule your stay, subject to availability at Isla Verde Lodge, and pay any remaining balance plus the difference in rates (if applicable) for the new booking date.
4. No-show: If you do not arrive on the reserved date, the amount paid for your booking will be forfeited.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Reservation:
Please send us a written message via WhatsApp at +54 116 691 8006 to communicate your decision to cancel or modify your reservation.
Refunds:
If a reservation is canceled under the conditions outlined above, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Weather Policy:
We strive to provide an unforgettable experience. Our cabins are designed to ensure comfort and safety in any weather, so reservations will not be canceled due to rain or storm forecasts.
Exceptions: Emergency situations or extreme weather conditions, such as hurricanes or floods, may be considered valid reasons for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling. We will contact you to discuss possible options.
Payment:
The full balance for your reserved stay must be paid upon check-in at the cabin.
